Jayde Adams
“The future of British comedy” Diva Magazine
After appearances in Amazon Prime’s Good Omens (BBC), host of Netflix’s Crazy Delicious, co host with Fred Siriex on Channel 4’s BAFTA nominated show Snackmasters, and many more: it’s safe to say that when Dawn French says “Jayde Adams is the 3rd funniest woman in the world. Fact,” she might just be onto something.

Jayde has won and been nominated for several comedy awards including the coveted Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and after the success of her Edinburgh Fringe 2019 show ‘The Ballad of Kylie Jenner’s Old Face, she released the show under a different name ‘Serious Black Jumper’ on Amazon Prime to worldwide critical acclaim, including being long-listed for Best Variety Special Emmy by the Hollywood Reporter.

2021 is an exciting year for Jayde who stars in her first major role in a BBC 2 series written by Sophie Willan; Alma’s Not Normal.

From a working-class background in Bristol (UK), zero formal training in anything other than fishmongery in the British supermarket Asda and Freestyle Disco Dancing at her aunties dance school, to finding her creative home with the drag queens of East London – Jayde Adams is a gay icon in the making. Just like Bette Midler’s humble beginnings at the Bath Houses, (Jayde’s first gig in London was actually at a disused brothel with a troupe of drag queens), her fast ascending star in a predominantly middle-class arts industry is all the more impressive.

“A fearless force of nature” The Independent.

Rich Wilson
International comedian Rich Wilson is one of the countries finest comedy acts and popularly regarded as the UK's best MC by many top comedians, such as Frank Skinner, Richard Herring and Sarah Millican.

'A very, very funny man' Frank Skinner.

Ali Woods
Half-English, half-Scottish Londoner, Woods is an exciting new stand-up comedian on the UK circuit, having won Hackney Empire New Act of the Year 2020. He has also appeared on BBC Radio 4, TalkRadio, TalkSport and hosts his own podcast All I Do Is Fail. During lockdown he has been producing online sketches as @aliwoodsgigs getting millions of views.

“In a world of wannabes, Woods is the real deal” (Bruce Dessau, Evening Standard).

Hatty Preston
Hatty Preston is a London-born comedian, now back in the UK after 2 years in the US where she performed across the country. Best known here for playing Princess Maribel in TV show ‘The Royals’

Ben Lawrence
Sometimes topical, sometimes surreal, Ben’s comedy is always original and very funny. Former Comedy Store King Gong Show Winner and BBC New Comedy Awards Finalist, his style of writing and ability to infuse comedy into every situation marks him out as a real talent.
